Il progetto 17 Sustainable Development Goals è ormai giunto
alla sua conclusione, dopo tanto impegno da parte degli studenti ed insegnanti
coinvolti nel progetto. La nostra scuola ha partecipato al progetto con le
classi I, II e III A della scuola secondaria di primo grado di Torre Orsaia i
cui alunni hanno lavorato collaborativamente con studenti più grandi di età. Le
altre scuole partner, infatti, sono tutte istituti superiori: il Liceul GEP di
Satu Mare della Romania, e tre licei turchi Eskişehir Anadolu Lisesi di Eskişehir,
Gazi Anadolu Lisesi di Ankara e Beylikdüzü Sosyal Bilimler Lisesi di Instambul.
Il progetto ha inteso mettere in grado gli studenti di
conoscere gli obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile affinché essi, che sono giovani,
idealisti e creativi, possano essere il motore del cambiamento e contribuire in
modo determinante al raggiungimento di
ogni singolo obiettivo di sviluppo sostenibile.

Moltissime le attività mirate alla conoscenza e all’approfondimento
degli obiettivi, attività che si sono concretizzate in lezioni multimediali,
seminari, quiz e tanto altro.
Le attività progettuali sono state inoltre integrate nel
curricolo globale di Istituto e molte di esse si sono agganciate o sono state
parte integrante delle attività programmate come compito di realtà per l’intero
plesso della scuola secondaria di primo grado di Torre Orsaia.
Il progetto, a mio avviso, ha avuto un grosso impatto sugli
studenti che, a parte i risultati in termini di conoscenza della tematica
oggetto del progetto, hanno potuto sviluppare numerose altre competenze
trasversali. Penso alle competenze digitali con la scoperta di strumenti e app
anche innovativi, come EduSpace per la
realtà virtuale o StoryJumper per lo storytelling, e soprattutto alle competenze
comunicative da mettere in campo per cimentarsi in scambi di email con docenti di
altre scuole, per scrivere post nei forum, per partecipare a seminari ed
incontri online, per produrre testi per poesie, racconti , canzoni…
